- We stay involved throughout the entire process with monthly update including photos & videos of construction progress.
- We contact our home Buyer monthly or so to just check in and see if they need anything.
- New construction home buyers who did not use a real estate professional, the overall costs or concessions were not as good as the buyers who used their own agent.
